Our turnaround time to process a validated full official search is 15 working days.
A personal search, is when you can view the Local Land Charges Register at the council’s Civic Centre.
The register is available to view at the Wembley Library, Brent Civic Centre, Engineers Way, Wembley, HA9 0FJ, Monday to Friday, 10.30am to 2.30pm.
Note: You must follow the appropriate social distancing measures in place at the time, when visiting the library.
The person viewing the Local Land Charges Register is responsible for identifying the property or land they are interested in and making notes on any information held on the register. We do not certify data supplied, nor are we obliged to answer any supplementary or additional enquiries when you are making a personal search.
