Planned system maintenance
We are carrying out essential work on My Account this weekend. You will not be able to sign in to My Account or use My Account services between 5pm on Friday 17 July and 8am on Monday 20 July. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

You can report a repair and book an appointment through your tenant services account in My Account.

Creating an account is easy and only takes a couple of minutes. All you need to get started is an email address to use as a log in.
The first time you want to access your tenant services account, you will need your payment reference number. You only need to do this the first time you visit.
Once your appointment is booked someone from our Housing Maintenance Team will contact you to confirm the details of your appointment.
Note: Council staff and contractors will always carry identity cards and you should always ask to see their ID before you let them in your home.
You can manage repair appointments, track progress and view a history of your repairs through your online tenants services account in My Account.
The vast majority of our tenants keep their homes in good condition, but if you cause damage deliberately or through neglect, we will repair the damage and bill you for the cost of the repair.
If you are a secure tenant, you are allowed to carry out improvements and make alterations to your home.
You don’t need permission for minor improvements such as fitting shelves and cupboards or installing secondary glazing. However, you will need to request permission before carrying out any major improvements or alterations such as:

As well as carrying out day-to-day repairs, we have an ongoing programme of maintenance work planned to improve and update your home. This includes:
If your property is due to undergo any planned works, we will contact you in advance and let you know what work we plan to carry out and when.
You will be consulted on any proposed planned works to your home or your block.
