Brent Connects Wembley

Want to come together with your neighbours and discuss things that matter most to you? The Brent Connect forums provide an important opportunity to access, participate in and influence council decisions and make sure your voice is heard.

If you live in the Wembley Connects area, then we invite you to join your Local Ward Councillors, residents and local businesses to discuss, develop and test new ideas that will have a positive impact on your neighbourhood.

Meetings take place three times a year and are chaired by Local Ward Councillors.

Brent Connect meetings are held on Zoom. Details will be issued once you have booked a space.

Councils are facing a series of financial challenges, caused by continued high inflation, rapidly increasing demand for services and reduced government funding over the last 14 years.

In Brent, on top of £222m of cuts made since 2010, a further £16 million must be saved in 2025-26 to balance the books. 

Join us to hear how the council has made budget proposals which aim to protect the services residents rely on most. We are now asking for local people’s views on these proposals. Help us make these difficult decisions together.
