Approved Meanwhile Operator list

Brent has an approved list of Meanwhile Operators that developers must consult with to deliver meanwhile uses on major phased developments (unless they choose to sign a lease directly to a charitable, not for profit, CIC or CIO end user).

We strongly encourage developers to consult with operators as early as possible.

Being on the Meanwhile Operator list does not imply that the Council endorses any operator, or its services, for any particular scheme, or is liable to that end. Therefore, when choosing a Meanwhile Operator via the list below or any other directory, planning applicants must carry out their own due diligence.
