Meanwhile Uses temporarily occupy premises, sites or spaces which are vacant or underutilised. These are projects which help reactivate town centres, support local businesses and contribute to community development.

Meanwhile spaces available to let

The council is committed to providing affordable workspaces for small businesses and start-ups. The spaces listed below are available to let on a temporary basis or at a low cost (often rent free). If you have an interest in the properties listed, please email meanwhile@brent.gov.uk

Please note: these units are available on a flexible short-term contract (initially 6 months and then after rolling contact) with break clauses.
