Resolution to grant permission was given for this mixed use development comprising of 132 new homes, 508sqm of flexible commercial space and 102sqm space for community use including widened pavement along Ealing Road and Alperton Lane to accommodate new outdoor public space, car parking and cycle storage.
Abbey Manufacturing Estate (20/3156)
Resolution to grant permission was given to Zed Homes for 684 residential units, including the provision of 693sqm of affordable workspace and public access to the Grand Union Canal.
2 Atlip Road (15/2061)
Planning permission was granted for 99 residential units (4 x studio, 31 x one bedroom, 51 x two bedrooms, 13 x three bedroom units) with cycle and disabled parking spaces. The scheme will deliver new vehicle accesses off Atlip Road.
Prospect House (22/1145)
Planning permission has been granted for the construction of a 23 storey mixed-use building. the approved development will include 139 residential units and 801sqm of creative light industrial floorspace, cycle parking, landscaping, play areas, public realm improvements and associated works.

Resolution to grant planning permission was given to Peabody in 2021 to demolish existing buildings and deliver a mixed-use scheme comprising of 54 affordable units and 119 shared ownership units incorporating industrial floorspace, together with associated landscaping, vehicular access arrangements, car and cycle parking, servicing and refuse and recycling facilities
