Brent Film Office can issue you with parking permits to park your technical vehicles. Simply fill out the online application to film in Brent.
We can order dispensations for pay and display, single yellow line and resident bays with as little as three days notice. Suspensions of either pay and display or resident bays require at least 16 days to assess and process - please contact the office as soon as possible if you require these.
Please remember that with dispensations, the parking bays are not reserved. You can only use available space/parking bays.
For cost of parking, please see the fees page. If less than three working days, notice is given, the admin fee is £150.
Please also note that resident bays can only be suspended under special circumstances. Suspensions will only be given for key vehicles (generator, lighting, camera trucks), all other vehicles will be given dispensations. Residents and traders must be informed of parking arrangements by letter prior to filming. Please use the residents letter template (.doc, 42.5kB).
Other info
Please do not use traffic cones in residential areas unless this has been fully discussed and agreed with by the film office. To reserve a space solely for your use would require a full suspension – please speak to the office if you plan to use cones.
We do not allow unit signs. Signs that are put up will be removed and destroyed and production companies may be fined.
