We have a range of group exercise classes to suit everyone.
Each session will last anywhere between 45 to 60 minutes and the classes are led by an instructor.
How to book:
- Classes must be booked in advance and can be booked up to one week in advance
- To book onto a group exercise session, please call 020 8937 3730.
- If you are not a member you will need to pay at the time of booking.
Attending your class
- When you arrive at the centre to attend your class, please check in at the reception and collect your class entry ticket
- Please ensure you arrive on time
- Tickets must be given to the Class instructor on entry to the class.
- If you do not have a ticket, you will not be allowed into the class.
