Nearly 300 brand-new affordable homes are now ready for local families, thanks to the Fulton & Fifth development in Wembley.
It marks a major milestone in the borough’s drive to increase high-quality, affordable housing for local people.
Delivered by Arada London at the Fulton & Fifth development in Wembley, the 294 new homes represent 40% of the entire development and will be allocated directly to residents on Brent’s housing waiting list. The apartments - ranging from one to three bedrooms - are finished to a high standard and come with private balconies or terraces. Families are already moving in and making these modern spaces their own.
Fulton & Fifth has transformed from a previously underused site into a new waterside neighbourhood of 876 homes. Looking beyond the homes, there are new landscaped public spaces, improved walking and cycling routes, children’s play areas, and a new green corridor along the Wealdstone Brook.
The arrival of these homes strengthens Brent’s ability to meet housing need while supporting the wider regeneration of Wembley Park. The project delivers a sustainable, mixed-use neighbourhood that blends residential, leisure, workspace and high-quality public space.
