Cabinet Member for Children, Young People and Schools

Councillor Muhammed Butt, Leader of Brent Council, said:

“I’m sure everyone will join me in congratulating our young people on their achievements. Results Day is a significant moment in the lives of these students. As they look ahead to their next steps, whether that’s sixth form, further education, apprenticeships or employment, I am confident that they have bright futures ahead. I wish them all the very best in their endeavours.”

Councillor Gwen Grahl, Cabinet Member for Children, Young People and Schools, added:

“It’s truly inspiring to witness the commitment and effort of our students come to fruition. We are very proud of every young person receiving their GCSE results and appreciative of the crucial support provided by all professionals, including teachers and support staff, parents and carers who have helped them reach their goals.”
