You'll work with experienced colleagues who are dedicated to helping people achieve greater independence building on their strengths and work with people to live their best life. We will provide support to help you regain confidence, acquire experience, and enhance your skills, facilitating your return to practice.

Eligibility criteria
To join Return to Practice, you need to be:
- qualified and previously registered as a social worker, either with Social Work England or their predecessor the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), if you are returning to social work practice.
- qualified and previously registered as an occupational therapist, either with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) or their predecessor Council for Professions Supplementary to Medicine (CPSM) if you are returning to occupational therapy practice.
