Resident engagement
Keeping residents involved in the redevelopment of the area they live in is central to our approach. We are committed to working with the local community to ensure that all of these developments work for both existing and new residents.
Our aim is to give residents an opportunity to influence the design and prioritise local improvements we can make alongside the development of new homes.
If you live in or around one of our current or proposed development sites, your views will shape the plans for both the new homes and how we improve the current estate. So it’s vital that you give us your feedback in one or more of the ways below:
- Attending the engagement events advertised locally
- Completing and returning the questionnaires sent to your home
- Emailing us at newcouncilhomes@brent.gov.uk
Training and employment opportunities are also available to residents throughout the construction of new homes. We will work with you to ensure these opportunities are prioritised for estate residents and local people.
