These Ballot Terms & Conditions set out the basis on which we, Brent Council, and our partner Wembley National Stadium Ltd (WNSL), operate the Wembley Stadium Residents’ Ticket Ballot.
Entry to the Ballot is conditional on acceptance of the Terms. By submitting a Ballot entry form, you are deemed to have read and accepted the Terms.
- The Ballot is open exclusively to residents who live within the Wembley Event Day parking zone.
- Each event day ballot will open approximately two months before the date of the event.
- Eligible residents can enter multiple event day ballots, but there is a limit of one entry per each event day ballot, per person. If you submit more than one bentry for the same artist, on the same date, only your first entry will be considered valid for entry into the Ballot.
- You must be aged 18 years or over to enter the Ballot.
- Successful ballot ticketholders must be aged appropriately for entrance into the event. We advise you to check the age restrictions for each event before entering the Ballot. Where permitted, under 18s may need to be accompanied by an adult or be seated in reserved areas.
- The ballot is not open to WNSL, The FA or Brent Council employees, unless they also live in a property within the Wembley Event Day CPZ. Proof of identity and eligibility will be required.
- Entry into the Ballot does not guarantee that you will receive tickets for the stated event through the ballot process. Each entry will be entered into a draw to win a pair of tickets.
- Applications for each ballot will close approximately two weeks before the date of the event. The closing date may be subject to change, depending on the nature of the event and ticket availability. Entries received after the closing date will not be put into the ballot.
- Names and email addresses must be correct on the Ballot entry and cannot be changed after it has been received. No responsibility is accepted for incorrect information entered, or applications made fraudulently.
- Winners will be randomly selected by computer and will be notified via email.
- Unsuccessful ballot entrants will not be contacted.
- Successful entrants will be sent their tickets by email, no earlier than seven days before the event. We are unable to mail out paper tickets.
- Tickets will be issued for the event and date stated on the Ballot entry. Winning tickets cannot be exchanged for tickets on any other date or event.
- Free tickets are strictly non-transferable and must not be sold, nor advertised for sale, anywhere.
- Ticketholders (and their guests) are responsible for their own costs including travel to and from the event, and accommodation.
- WNSL can carry out random spot checks on event days to ensure no ticket misuse. This will require the ticketholder to check in at the ticket office on event day before entry and validate their identity.
- Should the event be cancelled, postponed or changed for any reason, neither Brent Council nor WNSL will be liable for any loss of money or expenses incurred including, but not limited, to the cost of travel to the venue and/or accommodation.
- Data submitted through the ballot form, will be retained for a maximum of 28 days after the event has taken place and then it will be deleted from our systems.
- Entry into the event will be subject to Wembley Stadium terms and conditions, as follows:
