Staples Corner project team

5h Studio are award-winning master planners and architects, experienced in delivering successful large-scale projects.

Working in collaboration with Brent Council and 5th Studio, RCKa will support on public engagement, with further input from PRD, Alan Baxter and XCO2.

RCKa will bring architectural experience, majoring on residential design.

Their recent engagement work on the Staples Corner Design Code will enable them to lead the public engagement programme, with support and input from across the team, as well as providing specialist input on housing.

Alan Baxter is a multi-disciplinary design consultancy working in structural, civil and transport engineering, urbanism and conservation.

They will be the transport and movement lead on the project, providing technical input into highways and public realm proposals.

XCO2 are a multidisciplinary group with backgrounds in engineering, architecture and environmental science and will be providing input on energy and sustainability.

Colliers and PRD are leading property consultants, who are providing real estate advice.

They will provide specialist viability advice to ensure commercial viability is embedded throughout the design process, and a delivery lens to ensure that proposals are market-facing and supported by landowners
