What has been delivered
The redevelopment site comprising of Gloucester House and Durham Court forms part of the South Kilburn Regeneration programme.
The site now known as Unity Place has delivered:
- 235 new high-quality homes of mixed sizes for South Kilburn existing secure residents
- 100% Brent Council social units
- 92 basement parking spaces
- District Energy Centre that will supply heating and hot water to new and existing buildings in South Kilburn more efficiently and sustainably, reducing carbon emission and improving energy ratings
- Enhanced public Open Space
- Private courtyard
- Childrens play area
