The redevelopment site comprises of the existing Hereford House, Exeter Court blocks and commercial unit within the under croft of the podium.
What will be delivered?
The proposed scheme will deliver:
- 250 new homes, of which 109 will be social rent affordable homes
- A new high quality local park
- Retail space
Development partners
The scheme has been designed by award winning architects Karakusevic Carson and Periscope Landscape. They, along with their multi-disciplinary design teams, underwent months of consultation with existing residents living in South Kilburn.
Current timescales
The scheme attended planning committee in August 2024. It is proposed to start on site before March 2026, with the scheme fully completed before the end of 2029.
