Current Timescales
The planning application was submitted in November 2021, however there were delays in obtaining planning permission have occurred due to changes in regulations during the application review process.
A recent change in regulations require additional staircases for buildings over 10 meters in height, specifically for enhanced fire safety measures. Therefore, the project is currently undergoing a redesign to meet this new requirement. An amendment to the planning application will be submitted within the year to reflect these adjustments.
