Description

Brent Civic Centre is a nine-storey landmark office building, providing tenants with an opportunity to lease office space within one of the UK’s most sustainable buildings with excellent amenities and public transport links. It was built in 2012 with sustainable technologies installed across the whole building, it is future proofed for foreseeable ESG requirements.

Rates, costs and insurance

Business Rates

The ingoing occupier will be responsible for business rates.

Occupation Charge and Insurance

Occupation charge £10 per sq ft. Insurance to be recharged.

Costs

The prospective tenant will be responsible for the Councils Legal costs that will be in the region of £1,500. The Surveyors fees will be £1,500 plus VAT.
